Reporting
This guide explains how to navigate and use the Reporting page in the Open iT web interface. The page features predefined reports and dashboards, each designed for specific purposes and equipped with data visualizations to support analysis.
The Reporting page utilizes Apache Superset, an open-source data exploration and business intelligence tool designed for creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations. It helps users explore, analyze, and visualize their data from a variety of data sources with minimal coding.
Upon deployment, all users are assigned with the Gamma role which has limited access to reports and dashboards.
Make sure that historical data is available.
Home Page
Clicking the Reporting tab redirects to the Apache Superset Home Page. This displays a limited number of available dashboards and the most recently generated and browsed dashboards.
