License Expiry
The License Expiry page provides detailed overview of feature license expiration status. This allows administrators to proactively manage and renew license before they expire.
Parts of the License Expiry Page
a. License Expiry Table - This page shows details regarding vendor licenses, application names, feature versions, the total number of licenses, the number of days left before the license expires, the license expiration date, and the license server status. The details on any one of the titles may be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Hovering over the values in the Total Licenses and Expiry columns will display additional information.
License Server Status indicates whether the license is currently valid, expiring, or expired.
b. Export All Data - This allows you to export all available data in CSV format. Once clicked, data will automatically be downloaded.
c. Search - This allows you to search or filter through the data table.
d. Global Display Options - This allows you to customize how license data are displayed within the interface. Use the options below to tailor the view according to your needs:
- Use Vendor License Label - Toggle to display vendor-specific identifiers.
- Use Feature Label - Toggle to display feature names along with the license data.
- License Status - This allows you to categorize and view licenses based on their current validity. The available status indicators include:
- All Valid - Indicates valid licenses
- Expiring within 30 days - Indicates licenses nearing expiration
- Expired - Indicates expired licenses
