Dashboard

The Dashboard page enables the user to create customizable dashboards containing various charts and tables that show license usages.

The dashboard has two (2) main parts — Functions and Layout panes.

a. Functions Pane - This holds all the functionalities that can manipulate the dashboard, contains the list of the created dashboards and the ability to navigate to different folders. Initially, three folders are available: Public, My Dashboards, and Default.

b. Layout Pane - This serves as the display canvas of the dashboard. It displays the dashboard based on the selected layout. Initially, a default dashboard is available and shown.

To display a specific dashboard, click the name of the dashboard.

Loading Data

The data displayed on the Dashboard page is loaded and refreshed every 5 minutes for real-time portlets and every day for historical portlets.

Real-time portlets have the capability to send email alerts. This feature requires the Open iT Alerts module, which acts as the relay service that receives email alert requests from the Dashboard and sends them to the defined recipient(s).
