Data Labels Table Components

The Data Labels table includes the following components and functionalities, designed to enhance usability and make it easier to navigate and interact with the data.

Exporting the Data Labels Table to CSV

To export the current labeling presented in the Data Labels table:

  1. Click EXPORT CSV. This will automatically download the exported file or depending on the configured download settings in the browser.

    The following is a snippet of the content of the exported file:

Searching through the Data Labels Table

To search an item in the Data Labels table, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the search icon on the upper-right corner of the table. A search bar will appear on the left side of the icon.
  2. Type in the desired item to search. Typing automatically filters the data in the table based on the provided string.

Filtering through the Data Labels Table Columns

The Show/Hide Filters functionality enables the search bar in each of the columns in the table. This limits the search for items in the specific column.

To toggle and use this functionality:

  1. Click the funnel icon on the upper-right corner of the table. This will show the search bars under each of the column names in the table.
  2. Type in the specific search bar to search in that specific column. This automatically filters the column data that matches the searched item.
tip

Click the clear icon on the right side of the search bar to remove the filter.

Click the funnel icon again to hide the search bars.

Toggling Full Screen

This functionality toggles full screen mode, displaying only the Data Labels table while hiding the navigation bar and page headers.

To activate it, click the full screen icon on the upper-right corner of the table.

Pagination and Row Number

These components are located on the bottom-right corner of the table. You can choose the number of rows to display and use the page navigation controls to browse through the table pages.
