The AI assistant offers direct access to Open iT resources, helping you to navigate technical setup, configuration, licensing strategies, and reporting standards. This support is powered by the documentation from the Open iT Docs, Licensing 101 Guide, and Open iT Customer Portal Reports.

Customer Portal Reports Support

While the Generative AI assistant can assist you with SSRS concepts, report selection, and RDL template usage, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) functionality is not yet supported in the initial release of Open iT Version 11. This content is provided for informational purposes and future reference.
