Verifying the ServiceNow Adapter Installation

Complete the deployment procedures before doing these verification steps.

On the machine where the ServiceNow Adapter is installed, verify the following:

  • Check log files for errors. Confirm that no error entries are present in the log files, which are commonly in C:\Program Files\OpeniT\ServiceNow Adapter\Logs.

  • Confirm data processing. Browse one of the ServiceNow (SN) tables in the database (e.g., SN_eng_app_concurrent_usage) and confirm that it contains data.
