Upgrade Note

If the Core Server setup includes a manually added openit_coreapi, complete these steps before upgrading:

Stop the Open iT Core API, run:
```
net stop openitcoreapi
```
Remove the existing openit_coreapi in the bin directory, which is by default in C:\Program Files\OpeniT\Core\bin.
Delete the Open iT Core API, run:
```
sc delete openitcoreapi
```
The new openit_coreapi is now located at service directory, which is by default in C:\Program Files\OpeniT\Core\service.

These steps are required because the installer does not remove manually added files during uninstallation. The new installer will automatically install a new Open iT Core API instance.
