Optimizing Interactive Jobs in LSF

Open iT updates freezemonitor to effectively manage interactive jobs in IBM's LSF systems. This update includes a startup script that enables the freezemonitor to identify which executables were launched within the job slot, addressing the challenge of multiple job launches from the same host.

This is for Unix only.

1. Go to the bin directory, which is by default in /opt/openit/bin, run the command:

   Command Syntax

   cd /opt/openit/bin

2. Once in the directory, run the following command:

   Command Syntax

   ./openit_job_starter.sh
