Open iT Reporting Services
Open iT Reporting Services is a web portal hosted via SQL Server Reporting Services. It includes a range of pre-configured report templates displayed in different graphical formats to enhance the visual representation of data. These templates have two categories: LicenseAnalyzer Level 1 and LicenseAnalyzer Level 2.
LicenseAnalyzer Level 1 Reports

| Annual Usage Overview | This report presents a monthly summary overview of application license usage for a specified period. (Tabular view) |
| Application Distinct User per Hour Summary | This report presents a chart overview of Distinct Users per hour, ideal for usage pattern analysis. |
| Day since Last Used - per User | This report presents the individual license usage report on a monthly overview. It also shows the day the application was last used. Very useful for named-user agreements. (Tabular view) |

| DSLS License Usage per Licensing Model and Pricing Structure | This report presents a table that features the license usage of individual licensing models and pricing structures, ideal for monitoring usage past the specified threshold. |
| Heatmap - Month Hour | This report presents a heatmap illustrating the times of day when license usage peaks and declines throughout a day for a month. |
| Heatmap - Week Hour | This report presents a heatmap illustrating the times of day when license usage peaks and declines throughout a day over a week. |
| License Efficiency Chart | This report presents an inverse cumulative frequency chart for concurrent license checkouts. It also shows the number of licenses used between 95 and 99 percent of the time. |
| License Efficiency Chart - With Percentile | This report presents the extended version of the License Efficiency Chart, which includes the 99% and 95% Confidence Intervals, and Weekly Time Bucket reports. |
| License Overview | This report presents a monthly Elapsed Time view of applications within the specified periods. |
| License Usage per Feature Version | This report presents a monthly summary overview of application license usage categorized by version for a specified period. (Tabular view) |

| Summary page to detail page | This report presents a comprehensive view of application license usage and denials, which can be further drilled down to the user level. |

| Percentile Cost Savings | This report presents potential cost savings from the selected applications based on the number of unused licenses at the selected efficiency percentile, unit license costs, and maintenance costs. |
