a. Functions Pane - this area contains all functionalities related to managing the Dashboard. It includes a list of created dashboards and provides the ability to navigate between folders. By default, two folders are available: Public and My Dashboards.

b. Layout Pane - this serves as the display canvas for the dashboard, showing content based on the selected layout. A Default Dashboard is initially available and shown by default.

To display a specific dashboard, click the name of the dashboard.

Loading Data

The data displayed on the Dashboard page is loaded and refreshed every 5 minutes for real-time portlets and every day for historical portlets. Real-time portlets are embedded in the Open iT Alerts service, along with the sending of configured email alerts, while the historical portlets are tied up with the daily scheduled ETL process. If immediate loading is necessary, please use the instructions in the SyncLicenseStatus section to run the command SyncLicenseStatus /reload for the real-time portlets and the instructions in the RunEtl section.

If data is still not showing, please use the instructions in the Dashboard - No data displayed section to troubleshoot the issue.

The following configuration is applied to the Dashboard, try to read if some of them are necessary.
