Dashboard Notification Logs
The Dashboard Notification Logs provides administrators and users with a centralized view of all email notifications triggered by dashboard alerts. This feature helps monitor, verify, and audit alert-based email communications across all dashboards and portlets.
Dashboard Notification Logs
Located at the top of the page, the search field allows users to quickly locate specific notifications by entering one or more of the following:

Dashboard name

Portlet name
-
Alert type
-
Recipient email
-
Exception

Status
Detail Description Date Displays the date and time when the alert notification was triggered. Dashboard Name Identifies the dashboard from which the alert originated. Portlet Specifies the portlet that generated the alert within the dashboard. Alert Type Indicates the classification of the alert. This can either have Subscriber Alert or User Alert value. Condition Describes the condition or rule that caused the alert to trigger (e.g., Max Utilization ≥ 90). Recipient Shows the email address of the user who received the alert notification. Status Displays the delivery outcome of the notification (e.g., Sent or Failed). Exception Lists any error or exception message if the notification failed; remains blank if none occurred.
