Autodesk TokenFlex Token SSRS Template Configuration

This will guide you in setting up the configurations needed to make the Autodesk TokenFlex - Token SSRS Report template work.

Prerequisites

To avoid malfunctions and errors, accomplish the following prerequisites in order.

1. Make sure that the features and packages are properly renamed in the Core Server. This is important to determine the token weight and map it to the correct features or packages.

2. Make sure to activate the processing of distinct users per day in Analysis Server.

3. Make sure to configure the Price Information using the Analysis Server Cost page.

4. Make sure to define the correct time zone using the Analysis Server Time Zones page. Since the 24-hour definition used in the calculation is based on the time zone of the Core Server, it is important to make the time zones of the Analysis Server and Core Server the same.

   Add the current Time Zone of the Core Server if it is not included in the list and set it as Default. ::

Once all the instructions are accomplished, execute the commands ProcessSQL and ProcessOLAP using the Analysis Server Console application, or wait for the scheduled daily processing.

With all prerequisites successfully completed, you are now ready to generate the TokenFlex - Tokens report.

Configuring Price Information

Make sure to request the list of applications with corresponding token weight to the administrator.

1. Go to the Cost page under Administration of the Analysis Server web interface.
2. Use the instructions in the Managing Cost section to add the price information.
